Inorder to improve the construction of the company's technical team, to carryforward the spirit of craftsmanship, to master solid skills, to stimulate theenthusiasm of the majority of employees to work and study, and to effectivelyimprove the operating skills of the key position employees, the Forklift TruckProject Competition of L&T Display Technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd. wasjointly held by the Fuqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and L&T onthe west side of the company on October 18.

Thiscompetition has set up three competition projects: two individual competitions,"forklift shooting - crossing obstacles" and "iron rod rack -precise placement", and one team competition, "wide goods into narrowdoor". After fierce competition, 14 forklift drivers achieved the purposeof "promoting learning and increasing skills through competition" anddetermined the individual award and team award.

The individual competition mainly tests the contestants' grasp of skills such as forklift turning and angle adjustment, and can be said to be a comprehensive competition of forklift driving skills and psychological quality. During the competition, the contestants demonstrated smooth forklift driving skills, skillfully and accurately reversing, turning, and positioning, and were able to maintain the balance of the items on the forks during the driving process.

The"two people docking pallet" mainly tests the team members'cooperation and balance stability. Two team members are a group, and they needto alternately stack the 5 pallets arranged at the starting point on thedesignated tray one after another. As each team member places a pallet, theatmosphere becomes more and more tense, and the audience's response becomesmore and more intense. The contestants showed off their skills, and theoperation skills were not inferior to each other. The competition graduallyentered a white-hot stage, pushing the atmosphere of the competition to theclimax. After the fierce competition, the Summit Team, the King Team, the BraveTeam respectively won the first, second, and third places. The joy of victoryechoed in the competition site, and the contestants' exquisite skills won theaudience's applause. Everyone did not forget to remind each other and help eachother, which not only improved the competition results but also fully reflectedthe new style of employees' unity and progressiveness.

Thisskills competition is based on the premise of "learning throughcompetition".
